Melanie Puff graduated from Heinrich-Heine-Universität with a PhD (Dr. phil.), and moved directly to New York to start a traineeship at The Museum of Modern Art where she gathered experiences in the Department of Painting & Sculpture assisting the curators on such pivotal exhibitions as the Gerhard Richter and Max Beckmann retrospectives. She realized though that a museum career was not what she was aiming at and moved back to Europe to become an Art Advisor. For almost two decades she has been leading her own art advisory, collaborating with private collectors on the highest level as well as with galleries, auction houses and institutions.
